Welcome and thank you for navigating to my new blog! As you can see, I am still in ‘pre-school’ mode .. playing with colours, having fun and learning to write and what to write about! So you will find a few different things on here as I progress further and hopefully graduate into bigger and better things soon!About Me
I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the Gold Coast, (as you can see by the sunrise picture above) which is in South East Queensland, Australia. I live here with my wonderful family; my husband Tom, my 18 year old son Josh, 13 year old daughter Taylor and our 8 year old son Harrison. We are a pretty busy household and it is a rare occasion that all five of us are at home at the same time. Although the promise of a roast dinner each Sunday night ensures that the family is all home at the one time to share their weekly stories!
Tom is a morning person, he is up before the sun. Most mornings he heads up to The Spit for his run. I am a night person, so you will find me tucked warmly in bed at this time. I play netball a few nights a week, so might not walk in the door till after 10pm! Josh left school last year and is still deciding where his life is heading .. he has taken a year off working and enjoying life. Taylor also plays netball and is just starting to get into running. Harrison loves to play guitar and is a very keen surfer (he is still learning, but loving the experience!).
